Notes Of Interest:
Using Final Cut Pro 7 we edited together digitzed 8mm footage of varying
formats and rendered in 16:9 format. For those that prefer to watch
the DVDS on your TVs in full screen go to your TV’s settings and choose the
format best suited to fill out the screen. Most TVs have a wide fit or a screen fit
mode that should do just fine. Zoom1 is another option. It depends on which
model your TV is and what options they offer. Also we usually recommend
watching these concert reconstructions in movie mode but we think the colors in
this movie are a bit brighter in standard mode. Again it is up to the
viewer’s discretion.
Additional Notes:
- Audio is an A+ sounding audience recording from Boston Music Hall,
MA., March 14, 1973
- Most 8mm footage is from 1972 & 1973 with some footage from April 27, 1975.
The last year a full Dark Side Of The Moon Set was played
- Careful With That Axe, Eugene and Set The Controls For The Heart Of
The Sun are the only two pro-shot songs on the DVD.Filmed at the Brighton
Dome, England, June 28, 1972 we edited in 8mm footage to integrate these
known pro-shot songs into the look of the rest of the concert. Enjoy!
- Dick Parry did not join the tour until May 18, 1973 at Earl's Court so there is no saxophone.
